Model: FX2N-2AD
Mitsubishi FX2N-2AD is a special function module of analog quantity in Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC, which is widely used in the automation platform built by basic Mitsubishi industrial control. The analog input module of type FX2N-2AD (hereafter referred to as FX2N-2AD) is used to convert 2-point analog inputs (voltage and current inputs) into 12-bit digital values and input this value into the programmable controller.
Fx2n-2ad can be connected to programmable controllers in the FX0N, FX2N, FX2NC and FX3U series.
1) Analog input can be selected from voltage input or current input according to wiring method.
At this point, assume a two-channel common analog input (voltage input and current input).
2) The two analog input channels can accept input from 0 to 10V DC, 0 to 5V DC or 4 to 20MA. Make the input characteristics compatible with the two channels.
3) Analog to digital conversion characteristics can be adjusted.
4) This module occupies 8 I/O points, which can be assigned as input or output.
5) Data transmission with PLC using FROM/TO instruction.

For each main unit with source extension units, the number of FX2N-2Ad connections for FX0N series PLCS is 4 or less, the number of FX2N-2AD connections for FX2N series PLCS is 8 or less, and the number of FX2N-2AD connections for FX2Nc series PLCS is 4 or less. However, the following limitations exist when the following special function modules are connected:
FX2N: Main units and active extension units with 32 or fewer I/O points.
24V DC, total current consumption of the following special function modules < 190 ma.
FX2N: Main units and active extension units with 48 or fewer I/O points.
24V DC, total current consumption of the following special function modules < 300 ma.
FX2Nc: Up to 4 of the following special function modules can be connected, regardless of the I/O number of the main unit.
FX0N: Up to 2 of the following special function modules can be connected, regardless of the I/O number of the main unit and the active extension unit.
